Account & Data Deletion

Menorah Partners is a private, members-only network. If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using the steps below.

How to request deletion

Email support@menorahpartners.com from the email address associated with your membership, with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity as the account holder and process your request.

You may also request deletion by contacting us through the app’s Contact option.

What is deleted

Upon a verified request, we permanently delete:
– Your account and login credentials
– Your member profile and contact information
– Messages, introduction requests, and directory information you provided

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (for example, records required by law or fraud-prevention logs and processed financial transactions).
